Mark as Useful Man with a havy accent says he is with American Legal Services and his name is Peter Jones. Calls are annoying and harassing. He calls all day and part of the evening on my cell phone and work phone. Says that there is trouble on my SS# and name. never says exactly what it is related to but says to call right back and if I don't bad things will happen. This constitutes threatening and harrasment! Whatever you do, do not give anyone like this any financial information because they are scamming!

Mark as Useful I DID RECEIVE THE SAME CALL DUE TO I DID TOOK OUT A LOAN FROM A CASH ADVANCE & I NEVER PAID IT BACK, AND I THOUGHT ITS WAS GAME TO BUT 3 MONTHS LATER I HAD COURT DATE REGUARDING WRITING A BAD CHECK, I WAS CONVICTED & NOW IM ON SUFFERING FOR IT.
